7-days Un-Conditional Refund
ainehome.com Online Store promises to provide you with a “7-day Un-conditional Returns Service” within 7 days after the receipt of your purchase. You can return the products purchased at ainehome.com online store without any condition. Unless there is product quality problem, all products are allowed to return, but no exchange.
You may return unused products in original condition, in original packaging for a refund.
Please email to info@ainehome.com for a return authorization number prior to sending any product back.
Consumer should return the product back within 7 days when you got the authorization No.
Please make sure that the item for returning is in a condition that it can be sold again and that the original package is intact.
• No damage or stains on the products
• Product remains unused and unwashed
• All Product tags present
• All original tags attached
• In Resell-able condition
In this situation, the return is caused by the consumer, customers are responsible for return shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the shipping company you choose.
We will deduct reasonable freight charges according to the actual situation.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
14-days Conditional Refund
Within 14 business days, if the product has the following problems, we will allow the refund or exchange of the product (The premise is that the product has not been any damage or disassembly) :
(1)The product cannot be turned on.
(2)The product cannot be used on where it could be used.
(3)The product does not match the description on the website.
If you meet the above criteria, you can record a video to prove that the product doesn’t work. And sent it to info@ainehome.com for a return authorization number prior to sending any product back. We’ll send the authorization No. within 3 business days. Consumer should return the product back within 7 days when got the authorization No.
Once we confirm that the products cannot work, we will refund or exchange.
These problems will be solved within 3 business days.
In this situation, due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the return shipping fee.
And we will pay the returning freight charges paid by the consumer through paypal or credit card within 3 business days after the returning package delivered.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Unless there is product quality problem, all products are not allowed to return, and no exchange.
Refund Criteria
Only orders that chosen to pick up at Anniehome.com online store can be refunded.
The product has been damaged during the transportion.
You receive a product flawed or with any quality defects.

You can record a video to prove that the product has already been damaged and send it to info@ainehome.com.
Our staff will conduct an inspection to confirm whether the return item meets the return criteria.
Once we accept your return request, you will also receive a “Return Request Confirmation email” which stated the item you requested to return and the total refund amount.
In the meantime, our customer service will arrange carrier to pick up the item.
Once we confirm completely, we will refund asap. These problems will be solved within 3 business days.
Note: We reserve the right of negotiating the amount of the partial refund with the customer based on the transportation damage.
If the arrived package a little bit damaged, we may refund the partial amount.
If the goods delivered are severely damaged, we will refund the full cost paid by the customer, and you do not need to send the product back.

Generally, the refund amount will reach the account within 1-8 business days.If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
