Limited Warranty:
Ainehome offers a one-year limited warranty on most of its furniture covering manufacturer's defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
How long is the warranty valid for?
Our limited warranty is valid for one year from the date of receipt by the purchaser, except for frames and springs, which are covered by a separate warranty. Frames are warranted for three years against structural defects not caused by negligence or abuse; springs are warranted for three years against breakage or detachment not caused by negligence or abuse.
If a defect covered by the warranty is discovered, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part. However, the warranty does not cover labor and shipping costs.
What's covered (and what's not covered)?
The Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for all Ainehome furniture, with the exceptions listed below.
The Ainehome Limited Warranty does not cover the following:
Accidental damage and normal wear and tear caused by home use.
Damage caused by neglect or abuse. We will evaluate the product for neglect or abuse at our sole discretion.
Furniture used for commercial or institutional purposes including, but not limited to, home daycare, commercial and rental use, and property staging.
Accessories or clearance and floor model furniture is sold "as is". These items are not eligible for exchange, refund, return or service.
Other items that may void the limited warranty include:
Customer modifications.
Fabric damage due to the application of fabric protection.
Color fastness of fabric or dye lot variations.
Damage due to negligence, abuse, misuse, improper storage or accident.
Any condition resulting from improper or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care, including but not limited to pet hair, mold, insect and water damage.
Non-Residential Use.
Use for purposes other than those for which the product was intended or designed.
Cushion settling due to normal wear and tear.
Wrinkling and puckering due to normal wear and tear.
Fading or discoloration of fabric due to exposure to the elements, including but not limited to sunlight.
Water damage to electrical components.
Natural wood grain characteristics.
This Limited Warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. The Limited Warranty does not cover any implied warranty beyond its duration, nor does it cover consequential or incidental damages. The duration and scope of implied warranties may vary from state to state. Some states may also not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
